2. Accuracy of Site Information & Material Variations

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, handle drop lengths, laptop compartment dimensions, and pricing. Canvas & Vegan Leather Notice: Waxed canvas textiles develop natural character creases and tonal variations with handling. Polyurethane vegan leather shades may show slight shifts across digital displays. Qova Tote reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Bag Weight Capacities & Device Protection Disclaimer

Load Capacity & Care Warning: While our bags are crafted with reinforced stitching and durable hardware, totes are designed for daily personal items and standard personal electronics (recommended safe load: up to 5kg - 7kg). Do not overload bags beyond reasonable weight limits to prevent premature seam strain. Electronic Protection Notice: Padded laptop sleeves provide moderate protective cushioning against daily scratches and minor bumps; they do not guarantee absolute protection against severe drops, crushed impacts, or heavy liquid spills. Qova Tote is not liable for electronic device damage inside bags, color transfer onto light fabrics from dark canvas/denim dyes, or ripped handles resulting from severe overload.
